It's about as surprising as seeing porn upon googling the word "porn." So predictable that it bores me.

There will be yet another Atlas Forum crow banquet in November once Bevin wins re election.

Okay, but you really do have to admit your tendency to slobber all over any result that shows Democrats losing, at least in states you don't like.

I'm not slobbering, simply stating the obvious. I didn't bother commenting on polls showing John Barrasso winning because nobody actually thought he'd lose (also I really like Yellowstone, I just visited there a couple weeks ago!) With Bredesen, Iron Deadbeat Jailbird, etc. It was obvious they had no chance yet people would get pissed when I said it. On the rare occasions I was wrong, like the pedophile losing in Alabama, I was quite happy about it. Also, I'll occasionally do the same thing in the other direction, like with this forum's continuous flagrant stupidity regarding Nevada polls. But Atlas is full of D hacks so that's like the only state where they continually overestimate Republicans, lol.

Kentucky HATES Democrats and LOVES Trump and the GOP. Bevin is unpopular yes, which is why he's not going to win by 30+ points, but there's quite a chasm between that and actually losing.

Anyway, another thing Atlas really needs to learn is to stop taking super early polls so seriously, particularly when they go heavily against conventional wisdom. They can and often do change on a dime as the election heats up.

If Kentucky had the votes to defeat Bevin, or if Louisiana had to votes to re-elect Edwards, then Indiana would have had the votes to re-elect Donnelly, and Missouri would have had the votes to re-elect McCaskill. Face it, 2019 will be a Republican sweep of Gubernatorial Elections.

Honestly, if Mitch Landrieu were to run for Senate against Bill Cassidy in 2020, I would be surprised if Cassidy was leading in the early polls, but I would also be surprised if Landrieu ended up not losing by double digits in the end.

Late to the party, but I agree with this.

Yeah If Beshear can't even lead in a poll that only has Trump up by 20 and McConnell up by 8 then he's screwed
The neolibs were right about Appalachia. Sorry I ever defended the region.
More scorchingly bad Hot takes.
