After none of the candidates recieved a majority in the popular vote, the top two candidates Trump who has 45 percent of the vote and Cruz who has 25 percent of the vote face off in a run off. The delegates are withheld until a candidate receives a majority in the popular vote. The run off is held on one night where all 57 states/territories vote in one night. The delegates are all proportional too.
