Let's assume Oprah didn't endorse Obama in 2008 and Hillary Clinton was able to become the Democratic nominee?

What changes? Who does she pick for running mate? Who does McCain pick for running mate? Would Hillary Clinton win in 2008?

Would she win reelection in 2012?

Is there any way in hell Obama would lose the nomination as the next in line in 2016? Would Trump be the Republican nominee in 2016? How does the general election go?
