Best/Worse case scenario as President (or in the case of Carter and Bush as two term Presidents)? Or electorally?

McCain wins all states he lost by 5 or less

Landon is the one who benefits from a  third party surge from either Long or Borah and wins narrowly, despite losing popular vote

Mondale wins all states he lost by less than 10

Dukakis wins in a relative landslide

George Bush Sr narrowly wins and Perot picks up Maine and Montana

Jimmy Carter wins the electoral college despite losing the popular vote

Al Gore instantly wins

John Kerry wins all states he lost by less than 4

Bob Dole wins Arizona, Kentucky, Nevada and Tennesse

Goldwater wins around 100 electoral votes, so double his performance

McGovern wins Rhode Island

Romney wins the popular vote by 4, so a exact inverse of real life

Dont care to do the rest for now, maybe later

*I by mistake had Arizona twice on this list for Dole
