How does 1996 turn out if Lewinski scandal happend four years earlier in 1994/1995 (inclusive impeachment) and Richard Lugar is the Republican nominee in a head to head matchup? Can Lugar oust Clinton? Lugar picks Fred Thompson as his running mate.
