Yeah.  Talk about cheese.

I'm a Swiss guy myself, but blue cheese is great when it's in dip form.

I see the OP knows his cheeses very well, and clearly has better taste in cheese than most people from the Anglo sphere I know (they all love cheddar lol).

Mine is probably Reblechon, which isn't on this list.

Out of the options here, Camembert would be my favorite followed by Gouda.

Cheddar. The sharper the better. Provolone is a good one too. The processed crap isn't worthy of the title of "cheese".

Real cheddar is actually pretty good, but not as good as the cheese on Continental Europe. Processed cheddar is awful though.

It changes on a weekly basis, but the ones I tend to go for would include Roquefort, Coulommiers, Comté (36 month aged Purple heart), Gruyère, Appenzeller, L'Etivaz; also some of the Swiss-German Bergkäses are nice, but they tend to be sold a little under ripe for my preference.

Emmental goes in a demi-baguette with jambon de paris and salted butter as the ultimate comfort food, but I would never eat it on its own.

Goat, Parmesan, feta, havarti, blue, Gorgonzola.  The last two are a little strong by themselves, but I love them mixed with Salad, pasta, etc.

Many, but if I have to chose, I'll pick Greek Feta.

Atm: Havarti.

It's got a great flavor, as opposed to the harder but blander fare such as cheddar, and a lot of versatility to it, as opposed to some of the soft, stinky cheeses.

Also what...no Wensleydale?

Mr. Wensleydale?

Alright I have to provide this link to the Monty Python sketch I'm referencing, it's mandatory:

Anyway, my favorite is Venezuelan beaver cheese.

Alright, alright, for real this time, I'm boring so mozzarella is my favorite. I also don't mind cheddar or monterey jack.

I absolutely hate bleu cheese and parmesan. Just smelling them makes me nauseous. Come at me! And everyone should hate American cheese.

I know I only mentioned cheddar and provolone, but I also like gloucester cheese (tastes a lot like cheddar), blue, havarti, aged gouda (smoked young gouda is ew), mozzarella (both low-moisture and fresh), and any cheese with a sharp or nutty flavor.

That was supposed to be a cue to reference Wallace & Gromit! Angry

It's pleb but sharp cheddar is the most FF IMO.

I'm fine with most of these though. Good to see so-called "American" cheese is not on there. It's not a cheese at all and tastes awful. One of the grossest things to me.

Here's a weird story about American cheese. My dad prefers it over all other cheese. I went to a burger joint with him once and he was upset that American cheese wasn't available on the menu for his cheeseburger, he had to settle for cheddar. The horror! I was truly baffled. It was like learning a dark secret about him.

Being in the UK, it's a choice between cheddar, for anything made at home, brie, which all the eateries seem to use, and cream cheese, because salmon and cream cheese sandwiches are amazing. But I like Brie and Bacon sandwiches more, so I'll go brie.

Sharp cheddar is good when cold, but I HATE it when melted. Other cheeses are the same, others inverted, so it depends on the temperature of the cheese. Also these are way too many options for me.

I had an acquaintance from (old) Jersey who got legitimately hurt if cheddar cheese was even mentioned in passing.
