I know this has been done before, but simply vote for your favorite governor in each matchup.  After the round 1 results are in, the winners will move on to the "Best Governor" bracket and the losers will go to the "Worst Governor" bracket.  Seeding is based on the approval ratings of the November SUSA poll.  Each round will last a couple of days (can end at any time) and in the event of ties, I will discount my vote, so have fun!

I would not be surprised, but IIRC Schweitzer won last time and I don't think we had a worst one.
