What would the map/margins look like in the 2020 KY Senate race if it was Adkins v. McConnell? Lets say McConnell runs a campaign similar to the one he did in 2014, and Adkins runs a competent campaign. Lets say the national environment is about 3 to 4 percentage points favored to the Democrats.

McConnell 53, Adkins 44. The map probably looks similar to Bevin's over Conway in KY-GOV 2015.

Mitch just isn't losing. Period.

Adkins is a better candidate than McGaffee but still would lose 53% to 47%. Cocaine Mitch ain't losing to nobody

Adkins would definitely expand the map; AL, AK, AZ, CO, GA, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA-Kennedy, MT, and NC would be competitive.

This is the same Senate map of 2008, another wave, where Dems gained at least 5 seats

McConnell will resort to anything to get re-elected. Adkins will NOT resort to anything to defeat McConnell.

McConnell 52, Adkins 48
