a kid with "bad" friends gets sent on a vacation to Rome to "cool off"
he meets up with a buddy from school who is also hanging out in Rome
(which makes me want to ask who the hell is paying for all this)
they decide to buy drugs
the drug dealer takes their money, so they take his back pack
the drug dealer goes to the cops and together they set up an exchange with the kids from America
when they all get there, the cops (in plain clothes) announce they're cops, the buddy says "they ain't cops", a fight ensues, one of the cops dies
the kids run back to the hotel room
cops use cop tools and find kids quickly
here we are
