Either Hillary wins, and she defeats Trump after being battle hardened...hell, she might even flip GA/NC/FL/AZ in this timeline.
Or Sanders wins based on the base deciding to move forward while the other candidates battle to be "da' best Obama 3.0", he also defeats Trump.
Biden's amazingly terrible campaigning skills stop him from every being much of a threat to Hillary, for being a VP, he's oddly in the same boat as JuliAn this time. I think on some level he knew this, which is why he sat out.
And Warren wasn't enough of a name in 2016.
