TX 22: DeLay trails Democrat

DeLay 36%
Democrat 49%

Approve of DeLay: 37%
Disapprove of DeLay: 52%

Let's see if Gallup's state (or even CD) polling has gotten better than their disaster of last year. 

It's still slight lean DeLay, moreso the quicker the charges get dismissed, which they will.  (without eyewitness testimony or documents connecting DeLay to the money laundering, the main remaining charge will be as good as dead as well)  Lampson is the best challenger the Democrats could have.

I know the CD like the back of my hand, btw.
