It's a bad idea to ban people from using the bathrooms of the gender they identify as - often forcing them to hold it rather than pick between two bad options.

It's not like there's a police officer standing outside checking. This seems unnecessary. Also there's no rampant transphobia don't be absurd YE. I don't think you know what that word means if you honestly think that.
But people should still be legally protected for using their bathrooms for the gender they identify as, right?
