AN ACT
To recognize the service and achievements of real-life Frémonters
Section 1: Title
This legislation may be cited as the Pioneer Award Act.
Section 2: Classifications and Administration
1. An award shall be created to be awarded by the First Minister of Frémont known as the “Pioneer Award.”
2. The title of “Pioneer” shall be bestowed upon real-life Frémonters, living or dead, who have made exceptional contributions to the region that stand beyond their peers, in addition to a medal depicting the Zia Sun symbol with the name of the recipient and year of the award given above the symbol.
3. No First Minister shall award the distinction of the “Pioneer" to any former or current player in Atlasia.
4. All awarding of distinctions must include an explanation of the service the recipient has provided to Frémont that warrants the distinction given.
Section 3: Revocation
1. The Parliament of Frémont, on a two-thirds vote, may revoke any recipient of their title and award.
2. Any First Minister may re-award a recipient who had their distinction revoked with a simple majority of Parliament backing them.
