Personally I prefer to in the evening. Don't have to be in a rush and a bit more sleeping time.

Afternoon ideally.

Never much of a line or problems with water heat, makes for a nice little break to be all cleaned up for whatever work needs to be done in the evenings, and best of all...neither sleep lost nor sopping wet pillows.

Of course at my old job, I'd just shower whenever I went on break..

But if you're gonna make me choose between morning or evening...well I don't like soppy pillows or blankets.

Depends. Ideally, my morning schedule is weights-cardio-breakfast-cardio-shower-class. But that's a real crunch for time, so it's common to wind up punting the second workout to the evening and having to do both.

I can't imagine going to bed without showering. You'd feel so sweaty and uncomfortable.
