If we stick to post-1972, the following come to mind:

Georgia: 1972-1976
New Hampshire: 1988-1992
Indiana: 2004-2008

I only knew of Georgia 1972-1976 off the top of my head. I think pretty much most southern states from 1972-1976 would qualify

Thanks. Super helpful. Man, I forget how much better Dukakis did than Mondale. Colorado is especially shocking: Reagan won it by 28 points while HW Bush won it by 8. His margin was lower than that of Obama 08!
