He fits in perfectly in NJ-5, where he already resides.

And I agree, Penn Quaker Girl could possibly win here (it's my district too) in its current form. She'd be the next Marge Roukema. Hopefully a d***bag like Scott Garrett wouldn't beat her in the primary though.
