Should I go back to college to finish undergrad and maybe go to grad school?

Should I go back to college to finish my Bachelors (maybe more than one) and later get a PhD? Won't reveal where and what degree for privacy reasons. 

(I dropped out of college to sell 'goods and services' for a lot of $ and travel around and party a lot more often)

I am in my mid twenties and got kicked out of my parents' home years ago for being, well let's just say 'too exciting and interesting,' so I'm technically homeless. I quickly managed to mooch from friends and partners who let me stay with them but that isn't the most stable way to live even if I have become exceptionally skilled at manipulating them (in an ethical way) to let me stay at their place and give me $.

Maybe I should go back to college? I had a GPA of around 3.92 and over 77 credits if I recall correctly.
