I say 2024

Biden likely wins in 2020, however, by 2024 there will have been four years of demographic change, which definitely flips AZ and GA, and probably TX, thus, it is impossible for Republicans to get to 270, but I expect TX to finally flip in either 2024 or 2028, also the Rust Belt trends probably won't be completely maxed out, so the Rust Belt string could still vote Democrat. All of the above factors make a 2024 and 2028 Dem victory likely
