I don't even want to think about it. One of the few bright sides to living in our current near-dystopia is that we aren't in the situation that the United Kingdom is in.

Does it say something that we find ourselves in a position to say the same basic sentiment as that portrayed in a movie almost 50 years old about from a time 65 years before that, expressed by an autocratic despot, and likewise from the perspective of a less than stellar position ourselves.
