What I would say one of them is is Vermont.

Vermont just voted Democratic only once until 1992, and after that it has become one of the bluest states very quickly. It was the 3rd most Democratic state in 2004.

Maine, after 1928 anyway.

Voted to re-elect Hoover, voted for Landon decisively, gave Willkie less of the vote, Humphrey-Ford state, that almost flipped to Carter in 1980, didn't move much at all in 1988 from '84
And in every election since '92, it's a blue state and it's part of the blue wall.

How about Connecticut?

Humphrey '68, Ford '76, blue since '92.
