Maybe it should be moved to February to make it concurrent with Black History Month? Smiley
Black History Month is ridiculous too though...

Let them have a month. We have the other eleven on the calender. Smiley

A fairly realistic assessment for once.  Of course in reality whites have all twelve and all power.. everything else is just deception.

Kwanza I know nothing about, but it couldn't be any more assinine than christmas.

Certainly for blacks to celebrate the religious holiday of their genocidal masters is sick and sad.

It seems a strange holiday to me. I know little about it, but if it is a 'black' only holiday then in many respects it could be considered racist.

To be honest, before viewing this topic (which led me to do a bit of wikipedia-ing) I had always thought it was a traditional Rastafarian holiday. As it is though, it does seem a bit contrived and cynical but hardly anyone celebrates it so it's not important Tongue

Kwanzaa is a joke.  'Nuff said.  For the most part, I'd put Black History Month in the same category.
