It is for the rest of them.

Not for me.

...but you'll get my Festivus cards on the 23rd - stack them around the Festivus pole.

We had Festivus on my floor of the dorm this year...my RA was a big fan and organized it all.  He even made Meatloaf for all of it, and put up a pole (that was stolen numerous times!)

Of course.  My favorite part is the Airing of Grievances.

Yeah, but what's the reason to explicitly dislike/single out Kwanzaa?
There's only one possible reason I can think of, and you don't want me start assuming that about you, so you better come up with an explanation. Tongue

What about the Feats of Strength?

I'm not usually very good at that.  My success usually depends on the Partaking of Brandy, which is a Festivus tradition found only in the Irish families like mine.

Um, because this is a copy of the thread "Is Kwanzaa a legitimate holiday?"  I don't like Kwanzaa because its another one of those black pride things, do you realize what people would do if anyone made anything for white pride?  I just don't like the hypocrisy of it.  I don't care if they're proud to be black, that's fine with me, but why start a holiday about it?
