Morality =! legality.

For example I see weed as immoral but it obviously should be legal. On the other hand for example there is nothing wrong with using weed for a medical purpose just as abortion for survival of the mother but I don't see the average abortion as a moral event.

Accidentally voted no because I misread the question. Easy yes answer- the average abortion is done during the first trimester and there's absolutely 0 problems with it.

I wouldn't go as far to say that there is unequivocally no problem with a first trimester medical abortion, but I think every individual should be allowed to consider the morality themselves. If they think there's no problem with it, I fully accept that.

It depends on the context (trimester, reasons, etc.)

And do not subscribe to the philosophy that something is "moral" by simply not be immoral.

no, but that doesn't mean it's immoral either.  An action can be neither.

It's a moral event in the sense that it's not an amoral event.

Absolutely not. Abortion is murder.
