Honestly, 18 is probably too low, something like 21, 22 is far more reasonable, but preferably, it shouldn't be until the age when people finish their education.

So, in effect, people who haven't finished college shouldn't be able to consent to sex?  That is 69.2% of all Black Americans (78.2% if your new standard requires a full bachelor's degree) and 77.4% of all Latino Americans (84% if a four year degree is required).

I would imagine you are the type of person who *ABSOLUTELY IS NOT A RACIST*, so I think you should re-examine your unintentional eugenics program to limit minority births and engineer a Whiter American population, pal.

Well, it used to be 13 here but I do recognize that is too low. The current age of 16 is fine, though I could also see an argument for 15 or even 14; though with age gap limitations of course.

I think 18 with some wide close-in-age exceptions. I don't think there's a situation where a 16-year-old and someone much older aren't going to have a massive power dynamic problem.
