^This, while Dems are well-positioned to keep Senate seats in WV, NC, IA, LA, CO, MT, and AK while having potential pick-ups in KY and GA.  SD and AR are still tight races, with Republicans slightly favored.  With Republicans unlikely to gain the Senate in 2014, Cochran retires in MS (making way for a Senator McDaniel, Hosemann or Pickering).
