What if John McCain won two terms as President in 2008 against Obama and 2012 against Clinton?

Assuming that the economy starts recovering from the 2008 financial crisis in 2011 like in real life, that Bin Laden was killed in McCain’s first term, that President McCain ratifies TPP, stronger tensions between Russia and the United States over Ukraine due to McCain’s hawkish and warmongering foreign policy?

Who would win Democratic and Republican nominations in 2016 and who would have won the general election?

Obama and Clinton would both be done. Obama even if he came close in 2008, because this was an election any Dem should have won.

My prediction:

✓ Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ)/Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA): 324 EVs.; 51.8%
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX)/Governor Terry Branstad (R-IA): 214 EVs.; 46.6%

✓ Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY)/Senator Martin Heinrich (D-NM): 359 EV. (53.04%)
Vice President Sarah Palin (R-AK)/Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL): 179 EV. (45.71%)

Maybe 2016 can be a reverse of real life in this timeline? Romney gets the nomination from the republicans and then Hillary, or another democrat wins this time
