I doubt that Biden gets the lion's share of TX O'Rourke supporters. A lot of Texas O'Rourke supporters like him because he's a Texan, rather than anything specific about his viewpoints. A lot of them are younger people who could easily go to Sanders, Warren, or even Yang before they'd go to Biden.
This is a good assessment. Beto has a lot of personal and symbolic appeal, which is what will make him a powerful validator/endorser in this race. He does have the potential to be a kingmaker of enormous proportion here, if he chooses to.
