Let me see your maps!
Biden in red, Warren in blue.
Here's mine:
Timeline:
-Biden eeks out a 1% win over Warren in Iowa, with 32 percent of the vote. Sanders and Buttigieg are the only other candidates to receive delegates.
-Warren rebounds in New Hampshire, followed by Bernie. Buttigieg, Booker, and Biden all receive delegates.
-With the backing of Harry Reid and Las Vegas unions, Warren wins Nevada and gains momentum.
-In South Carolina, Biden takes 45 percent of the vote, prompting everyone but Sanders, Warren, Buttigieg, Booker, Harris, and O'Rourke to drop out.
-On Super Tuesday, Warren cleans up in the north and northeast, while Biden dominates the south. Beto and Harris drop out after failing to win their home states, Booker drops out citing failure to catch steam with black voters, and Buttigieg exits as well. Sanders, surprisingly, drops out and endorses Warren.
-The two-way battle continues along the battle lines set up in the early primaries, until the ACELA primary on April 28. Biden drops out and endorses presumptive nominee Elizabeth Warren after he fails to win New York. Warren automatically wins all contests afterwards, with the exception of West Virginia and Kentucky, where write-ins for Biden overtake Warren.
