Did they have any stance on prohibition? If so, was it “dry”, “wet”, or something in between?

I'm guessing based on the overarching demographics of the temperance movement that they probably leaned dry, but this is an awfully specific question; why do you ask?

I have nothing useful to contribute, but this thread is what Dave Leip had in mind when he first created this site.

I read that the Dutch Reformed were geographically divided on the issue. Not sure about NW IA in particular.

This would seem to indicate that they were wet for the most part. Dutch Calvinists are hard to map on the usual rules of thumb for prohibition;

Dry=Low church Protestant, Anglo, southern
Wet=Not low church Protestant, continental, northern

Dutch Calvinists are low church Protestant, but not Anglo or southern.

The Salvation Army was a result of the Hoover administration, who was a Quaker, to stop, alcoholism. Back then, as a result of Great Depression, and well into Baby Boom generation, alcoholism went up. Now, we see the return of Y2K becoming sober.

Do you enjoy pretending to be stupid and ignorant?  That post of yours has so much of both I can't believe you actually are that stupid and ignorant.  The Salvation Army was born out of the largely Methodist-inspired Holiness movement in the 19th Century and even a cursory look into the facts before posting would have spared you some embarrassment.
