PPP conducted a poll of Tulsi Gabbard's congressional district (HI-02) surveying her congressional primary prospects. They also asked potential democratic primary voters about their current choices in the presidential race.

https://www.publicpolicypolling.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/PPP_Release_Hawaii2_1001.pdf

Elizabeth Warren 25%
Joe Biden 22%
Tulsi Gabbard 13%
Bernie Sanders 13%
Pete Buttigieg 5%
Andrew Yang 5%
Kamala Harris 3%
Cory Booker 1%
Beto O'Rourke 1%

Gabbard is probably killing Sanders here.

A poll of the whole state would have been more useful though.

Gabbard should drop out of both the Presidential race and her Congressional seat and off the face of the Earth

She'll probably survive a primary challenge, but the presidential run isn't helping her. Usually, members of Congress and governors who run unsuccessfully for president lose popularity from it.

Wonder who will win Kalawao County.

I’m guessing that Warren is leading in Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai Counties. Biden probably leads in Honolulu County. I do wonder about the island breakdown for Maui County (Maui, Lanai, and most of Molokai).

Hawaii has open primaries and given the hopelessness for Republicans of electing their own candidates to most posts in the state, a lot of conservative leaning voters participate in the Democratic primary because it's their best chance to influence who their elected officials will be. Trump voters are one segment of the Democratic primary electorate that Gabbard is leading- she gets 26% with them to 15% for Joe Biden with nobody else in double digits.

lmao

What changed?

FF. I have yet to hear a legitimate argument against her. "She's a pro-Assad homophobe who loves Trump and the alt-right!!!!" is not a legitimate argument...or factually correct.
