Which country would be best for American progressives/socialists/greens? Assume they are not wealthy, college-educated but working-class, and only speak English.

I'm not necessarily talking about their current government/president/prime-minister, but the state of their government/nation.

For example, a country that currently has a rightwing leader that also still has
-single-payer healthcare
-free college
-gay marriage
-nondiscrimination laws
-mandatory paid leave
-quality social security after retirement
-universal childcare and pre-school
-progressive taxation
-strict separation of church and state
-high minimum wage
-high corporate regulation
-decriminalized marijuana
-fair criminal justice system
-high quality labor & consumer protection & environmental laws
-high quality voting/electoral system
-internet neutrality
-massive investments in infrastructure/education/training/science/clean energy
-more diplomatic and dovish foreign policy
-ethical campaign financing
-equal pay for women
-youth jobs programs
-support for afterschool and summer learning programs
-strict gun regulations
-high quality treatment of any native populations

etc.

should rank much higher than a country with none of those things but currently has a leftwing leader.

Sweden, the country they keep referring to every time they try to cite an example of success.

Voted for Portugal, Belgium, Costa Rica, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand and Finland.

Not Denmark because it's a center-right model that Belgian right-wing parties want to strive for.
Not Canada because it has those conservative parties, and Europe is much more left-wing and socialized than Canada.
Not Spain because of the huge amount of monarchists and post-Francoists, as well as bullfighting and things like that.
Not Iceland because of it's agrarianism and mostly hunting on something but i don't know what.
Not Netherlands because it has enough votes.
And Belgium because it hasn't have a single vote.

I don't know wtf voted for Australia but they're USA-2. Same for UK that is one of the most conservative, or actually the most conservative of Western Europe. Ireland is quite conservative socially. They just legalized abortion last year (or was it LGBTQ rights). France has huge labor unions and socialist activity, but is less far ahead as the nordic countries. Germany is quite conservative. Italy as well. Austria should deserve a vote, but not one of the top ones. Switzerland is okay, but wouldn't say yes on that. South-Korea and Japan are conservative and stressful societies, and the other Latin American countries are economically much less ahead of us.
