In 1978, Charlie Evers wins the Sen Election in MS (How this happens doesn't matter). In 1980, he endorsed Ronald Reagan for President and officially joins the Republican Party upon his landslide victory. What happens in 1984, 1990, and beyond for Senator Evers?
