They have two polls on Community Size and this is what it shows: https://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/TX/P/00/epolls.0.html

Here is the first one:

Big Cities (31%)
Bush: 60%
Kerry: 40%

Smaller Cities (29%)
Bush: 67%
Kerry: 32%

Suburbs (26%)
Bush: 56%
Kerry: 43%

Small Towns (8%)
Bush: 59%
Kerry: 41%

Rural (6%)
Bush: 74%
Kerry: 26%

Here's the 2nd one:

Urban (64%)
Bush: 67%
Kerry:32%

Suburban (20%)
Bush: 32%
Kerry 68%

Rural (16%)
Bush: 69%
Kerry: 31%

The 2nd one is completely messed up and even if they meant to give the Suburban vote 68%-32% for Bush then that means Bush would have gotten over 2/3 of the vote in Texas in 2004 which he didnt evenc ome close to coming.

Even in the first one seems totally wrong as Bush only won Dallas County for example by 1 point and Kerry won 57% of the Vote in Dallas Proper: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_United_States_presidential_election_in_Texas

Quote
Although Bush carried Dallas County by a narrow margin of 50% to Kerry's 49%, the city of Dallas proper voted heavily for Kerry, winning 57% of the vote.

Bush also got whopped in Austin, and won Harris and Bexar by a little more than 10 points which means he probably would have lost Houston, and San Antionio as well so there is no way he would have won the big cities by 20 points and very likely lost the vote there in 2004. Also the Suburban vote looks way to friendly to Kerry.
