Note that this poll nonsensically included "Someone else" as an option, which is a tactic used by partisan pollsters to dilute the vote share of the incumbent. If anything, this methodology is useful for measuring each candidate's floor, but is not representative of where the race actually stands.

And in North Carolina it's still too close to call between Garfield the Cat and Heywood Jablome...

NC isnt a do or die state for Dems, it's a Sunbelt that can vote Dem, if they are the victors
