Would Reno v. American Civil Liberties Union be a precedent?

I would watch the case this term about if the law criminalizing people from "encouraging illegal immigration" is unconstitutional or not. The Court allows for some criminal speech ... it once upheld a conviction for asking if anyone in a chat room had child porn on the grounds that collateral speech related to another crime can be prohibited sometimes. But SCOTUS has also protected other types of speech tangential to crimes. Mere advocacy speech that "supports" sex trafficking is likely protected ... speech that facilitates or promotes specific acts of sex trafficking including posting a Craig's list ad are likely unprotected.
