Europe never gains the advantages it did from the New World. So, I imagine that China or Japan comes to dominate the world.
Japan was very isolationist at this time. I would say more wars with the Ottomans would ensue and Russia would have turned its interests southward faster, likely colonizing lands in Africa and the Atlantic. (The "Pacific" wasn't named by Europeans until the Americas were discovered, after all.) English ambitions would have been more contained and likely they wouldn't have evolved into the British Empire, although perhaps the EIC would still get them into colonialism. However, colonialism would have evolved with a very different focus, more religious and less national, due to the fact that the colonies would be seized from Muslims--likely via crusades.
