Also, the original map for Wisconsin was really off when it came to population. That Lake Superior district was like half of what the population should be. The map below keeps all counties whole and is within 5% deviation, which would be acceptable in a Parliamentary system.

In terms of names I would go:
Green: Wisconsin Southeast (Safe Conservative)
Purple: Milwaukee (Safe Liberal)
Red: Wisconsin Southwest (Safe Progressive)
Yellow: Wisconsin West (Toss Up between all three parties)
Orange: Wisconsin East (Likely Conservative)
Blue: Wisconsin North (Lean Conservative, but can go for a Labour friendly Liberal)

SC Provincial Election, 2015 (Assuming SC is the same from the riding borders)

Columbia Inset:

Charleston Inset:

69 nice members of the Legislative Assembly of South Carolina
35 needed for a majority
Conservative Party (Leader: Henry McMaster (Leader's Seat: Columbia Springdale): 35 seats (-19)
Liberal Party (Leader: Jaime Harrison (Leader's Seat: Orangeburg): 29 seats (+16)
Reform Party/Family Values (Leader: Lee Bright (Leader's Seat: Greer)): 3 seats (+1)
Progressive Party/United Citizens (Leader: Arik Bjorn (Leader's Seat: Columbia Centre)): 2 seats (+2)
Grassroots Party (Leader: William Kreml (Ran in Columbia-Arcadia Lakes)): 0 seats (+/- 0)

The 2015 election saw incumbent Premier Henry McMaster (Who was preceded by Nikki Haley, who was chosen as the Romney Ministry's Foreign Minister) nearly lose the Premiership, getting a bare majority in the Assembly. Every single marginal seat flipped, plus some others, like Easley, which was won by Pastor Mark Burns of the Reform Party.

The tipping point seat was Greenwood, a decently Liberal city surrounded by deeply Conservative voters. Incumbent Republican Assemblyman John McCravey, was challenged by Former Greenwood Mayor Floyd Nicholson. This was one of very few upstate districts that the Grassroots fielded a candidate in, Mr. Jim Harvey, a native of Ninety-Six. The Progressives and Reform didn't field a candidate. When the votes were all counted, it went as follows:

John McCravey: 14,307
Floyd Nicholson: 14,301
Jim Harvey: 296

The Progressives got back into the Assembly, with Arik Bjorn successfully taking the seat from James Smith (Who retired to run, successfully, for the Columbia riding after Jim Clyburn's retirement). The second Progressive gain was a shocker, LGBTQ activist Kim Williams took 38% of the vote, quite handily beating both the Liberal and Conservative candidates.

If y'all want to see the riding borders in better detail just ask.

To be fair, I simulated it in BasketballGM with 6 extra teams added in, and this season was actually the 2022-23 season (I had to let the sim settle in a bit, so the players were from the 2019 championship teams). The Blazers actually had Zion Williamson and James Wiseman and idk how they got beat in the first round. That said, the Blazers WOULD have won it all if I was in full control (and that gives me an idea for another installment, if any).
