This bill is a very simple change. It will make it so that our elections observe Daylight Savings Time. The federal government has already done this, as has Fremont. We have already seen confusion, with people posting in the voting thread before the booth is open. This is a simple and necessary fix, and I urge the Council to support it

As this was already debated last Council and largely failed to pass, because of the automatic tabling rule, I motion to waive the 72 hour debate requirement and move for cloture
