I'm surprised Kerry only had 87% in PA-2.

Fattah received a similar amount. There is a small amount of conservative Northeast Philadelphia in the district.

Actually, the area you're referring to is a fairly liberal portion near Five Points meant to siphon off of PA 13 to make our district more conservative much to Johnny Perzel's failure! Smiley

Well, I don't see how that was seen as a liberal area because they are the only area in PA 2 and in the PA State Senate district (Shirley Kitchen's district) to vote for very conservative Republican candidates.
