I request that, upon the completion of this election and not before its completion, that the Department of Forum Affairs revoke my registration.

John Ford has enterred this request, presumably it should be interpretted as invoking the Deregistration Act.

Is this automatic or is it only official when the DoFA adjusts the rolls?

The DoFA is required to honor such requests.

However, the DoFA is also permitted to "make regulations as necessary to specify how requests for deregistration should be made," which I don't think we've done yet.

Either way, I'll include this de-registration in the next update of the voter rolls.

In its alcoholic form. Smiley Hey, it's shrove tuesday.
Seriously...
Crow's got Water Rights problems? Interesting. Why the hell does it still have a strong (though minority) Republican Party, you have any info on that? Also, according to the Census the native language at Crow seems to be relatively alive still.

I'm not sure (although water rights are always a problem in those parts), but it is a damn poor area.

I don't know why the GOP does so well in Crow Agency, especially this year.  Kerry didn't even break 80% anywhere, which is a rare sight on such a poor Reservation.  Especially lame considering how well Gore did in 2000 (although Gore's showing was hardly amazing, too).
