There isn't one, really. You could try the National Liberal Coalition, which, despite its name, is centrist/libertarian (though they make take offense at that definition). Or you could look into the Federalist Party, which is semi-dead and not all that conservative, but is a successor of the Atlas Forum Republican Party. Alternatively, you could just be an independent.

The Bourbon Democratic Party has pretty much served its purpose.  I only stayed a member because of inertia, but since I'm thinking of getting semi-active in politics once more:
