I want to join but I'm not sure what party I belong in. Except the Jesus Christ Party doesn't seem right for me.

The JCP is actually very progressive, the name is for irony (also its founder liked to call himself Jesus for a while).

I encourage you to join the RPP! Smiley I see you're fairly socially conservative too! While social conservatives are welcomed in several parties, a high majority of them are in the RPP. The DA is more of a center to center-left party.

One of the main parts of being a JCP member is social liberalism, something that he does not have. The JCP clearly is not for him.

I think you'd fit in well with us in the DA, your political matrix reminds me of myself and benconstine.

What Badger said, if you believe at all in progressive economics, the JCP LNF is the party for you.

After more consideration and looking at the descriptions, I am undecided. I feel like I could fit in with any of the three parties. But what I must acknowledge is that these parties are far better than Democrats or Republicans, neither of which i feel very at home with and these parties actually sound appealing but it has been brought to my knowledge that my politics are unpopular here?

Can someone sign me up for the RPP, northeastern section?  Do I get to choose which particular state?

Actually two of our RPP Senators are probably very similar to you politically. Also, the JCP and DA hate any kind of social conservatism. Wink

You can choose any state or even Puerto Rico. And you just sign up here. Smiley The RPP is a great party!

Okay, I would like to join the Midwestern section of the RPP.  I'll take my native state of Wisconsin!

That is the Mideast. But the Mideast is a swell region. northeast is WAY better...

Proper format:
rebel libertarian
Regional Protection Party
Wisconsin

Though I find that Earl has historically given a fair bit of leeway to how registrations are written.

I find that Earl (and previous SoFAs) only give that type of leeway to those on the left.

I think Smid posted his registration in nearly the same format that rebel_libertarian first did & it was recognized.
