I do not know if I will ever make use of this, but any effort to smite those I just plain don't like has a certain appeal.

I'm sorry I have'nt been very active on here yet but I plan to become more so, just gotta get into the groove lol and would also like to change my registration to Democrat, still Maryland.  :-D

You do know the Democratic Party here is large but dead, dead, dead inactive and boring?

No fair turning him off of the process until after he votes for me!  Smiley

Welcome to the party (and my Senate district), though you'll need 24 more posts to actually cast a ballot this December.

*sigh*

So it has come to this...back to the cornfields of my past.

A much more electorally comfortable fit than the Pacific Region, believe me.

Now run for Senate in that open District 4 seat, damn it!  Wink

I think the problem is that I am close to Michael Naso. This wouldn't be a problem otherwise.  Sad  Oh well. Sorry, guys.

You and Mike Naso cannot be registered to vote under the same account.

I am disbanding from the National Liberal Coalition. I was one of it's founding members, however I have decided to move on. Like I usually do in Atlasian politics, except without the founding members part.

SO STARTING THE DAY AFTER THE FEBRUARY 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:

Name: Rockefeller Republican
State: Maine
Party: Progressive Liberal Party

I can't say I'm surprised.  You've yet to support an NLC candidate in a contested election.

I have in Senate races my friend. You and Verily for starters. And I have already voted for Verily in his re-election bid for the Senate this February.
I think he's also supporting himself for Vice President in a contested race right now.

There is only one candidate in the race for President or Vice President who will take office and serve as a member of the NLC, and that candidate is obviously not Rocky.

You may also wish to consider the National Liberal Coalition, of which the NRM was previously affliated with.  On track to win five of ten Senate seats, the NLC is most certainly "still active."

Nope, you're right: You are a party switcher.

The NLC didn't best represent me anymore Senator Wink.

Based on the fact that you and I have had an almost perfectly symmetrical voting record in the Northeastern Assembly, I find it hard to believe that to seriously be the case.

But I digress.

Sorry for all the switches, Moderate. Sad

No worries, it's what I'm here for.

I tried updating the voter list today, but somehow the formatting kept getting screwed up, so I abandoned the task until tomorrow at work.  The only things out of date are two party affiliations—and since they were from minor party to new minor party, things did not seem superurgent.

Well I shall run as an independent. If I lose because of it, so be it. I think I am well qualified for the office, and hope folks will consider me with an open mind. Cheers.

I wish you luck on your noble endeavor. If people keep attacking it, someday the machine will crack

How are the constituency voters created by the way. Is it where you live, or what?  With whom should I be campaigning, and about what?  God, I need a manager! LOL. Any volunteers?

I want to make sure you're properly listed...could you please confirm that you are registering as:

Me
California
Atlasian Unity Bloc

What, you mean how we voted to ban you from the party? You're not wanted.
Of course he isn't wanted, but he's only banned from holding a leadership position or being endorsed.

Why are you guys so hard on the chap?  I don't really get it. Seriously.

Blame for turning the PLP, one of Atlasia's older political parties, into the electoral equivalent of Chernobyl circa 1987.
