Hi,
Sorry, I accidentally deleted the new register thread.  I'll see if there is any way to ressurrect...  My apologies.
Dave

I think this is a blessing in disguise.  The old thread was getting too heavy.  We really need a Registration thread with REGISTRATIONS ONLY and a Registration comments thread where people can welcome new folks, etc.

Some may criticize this decision, but I've taken a good hard look at all the current active parties, and even though the ILP disagrees with me on some issues, I think they're the best party for me right now.

It makes political sense if your ticket is trying to appeal to liberals.

I thought only whacko libertarians qualified for the Independent "Liberal" endorsement.

Is it the intention here to cause the Church of God to lose its tax-exempt status?  A religious organization that also doubles as a political one loses any tax exemptions it gains for being a religious organization.  Since that is a significant change, I'm going to ask you to confirm that is what you want before I note the change in party on the voter rolls.

I don't give a flying  about "tax emeption" my good man. File this under "D" for "Don't give a damn."

He said "D", make him a Democrat Smiley

I don't know if you had a bad day today, Don, so as to push you over the the top in the OMG, Stop the Senate Power Grab thread, but you have been growing more intemperate of late for whatever reason.

As long as Atlasians do not have a federal minimum wage, I shall remain "intemperate".

If my own party is lead by somebody who believes that women should be enslaved to their husbands, then it is a party I will no longer be a member of.

Welcome!

Doesn't htmldon support spousal consent as well?

The PC Party, such as it is, does not yet have a formal platform or structure.  - merely a sense of ideas and place in the political spectrum.  Obviously it needs such a platform and I'm open to how our members wish to move forward on these issues.
