This can be for any year, not just 2020. I think we can all agree Hillary's ship has sailed, and Elizabeth Warren probably only has a legitimate shot in 2020, but most of the others are young enough to come back.

1. Tammy Duckworth (2024, Biden retired, she was his VP)
2. Elizabeth Warren (2020 if she will win nomination)
3. Nikki Haley (2024)
4. Harris/Klobuchar/Abrams (if one of them is Biden VP)

Nikki Haley 2024 or 2028. I think 2024 could go the dems way.

You seem convinced that Trump is going to be reelected, in that case a Democrat is 100% guaranteed to win in 2024, and they'll likely win a second term as well, so President Nikki Haley isn't happening until 2032 at the earliest.

No dems will only get 1 term if they win.

The Republican base is literally dying off, unless the Democrat who is elected in 2024 is a complete disaster they will win a second term based on demographics alone.

Republicans might change as the old white guys go and a newer and more diverse Republican party emerges, causing demographics to start meaning less. But yeah, I guess the Dem would win re-election but it is very early to think about 2028.

Easily Gretchen Whitmer if Trump wins re-election.

Warren by far.

Nikki Haley will end up being the Republicans' Hillary Clinton, if she even manages to get nominated by her party, which I insist is not as likely as many think.

Probably Warren. People are underrating Klobuchar's chances, though. Obviously she won't win in 2020, but I could see her being Biden's running mate, and that would set her up nicely for 2024.

If no woman wins before 2032 and she runs for governor of Arkansas in 2022 or 2026 as Trump encouraged her to do, she might be a potential outside candidate.

I hate to say it, but Ivanka Trump.

She's a national figure who seems ambitious, and could get elected in a variety of scenarios.

Warren has a decent chance, but this year is probably her one shot.

Probably Kamala Harris.

In 2024, most likely.

If Biden wins, I think Nikki Haley has a great shot in 2024.

If Trump wins, Kamala Harris would certainly be a contender in 2024 as well.

If Biden wins (and finishes the term): Nikki Haley or Kamala Harris in 2024
If Trump wins (and finishes the term): Gretchen Whitmer, Elizabeth Warren, or Kamala Harris in 2024

If we don't get the first female President in 2024 she'll more than likely get elected in 2028.

If Biden wins: Kamala Harris probably in 2024, possibly in 2028 (or perhaps even sooner but I don't wanna be grim).

If Trump wins: Elizabeth Warren in 2024.

Kamala is the obvious choice given what the next four years will be like.

Biden is likely to be elected this year, and honestly I think the chances of him not even making it through his term (more likely because of resignation than death) could be as high as 20%.  So on that alone, Harris is the most likely, and that's before we even consider her chances at being elected on her own, rather than becoming prez by filling a vacancy.

Harris is obviously the most likely future female President.

I'm really skeptical Nikki Haley could win the GOP primaries, but I'm sure she'll run at the very least. She's the only Republican woman that will run. The only other woman with a large profile in the GOP is Ernst, who regardless of whether she wins this year or not has been exposed for being a really bad politician.
