Upgrading to a 4-bedroom end-unit rowhouse (from my current 2-bedroom in the middle of a block) within one block of a Metro station in D.C. and immediately engaging in a gut-job renovation, including expanding the footprint of the house. Should be done in a few more months. There really was no compelling reason other than that I wanted more space.

I've never understood the purpose of a passport holder. Doesn't it just increase the bulk in your pocket?
