A ghoul who made his fortune basically insider trading in an extremely shady, messed up, parasitic way.

He was great to have as a governor / senator in Virginia's "red state" days, now he's way out of touch with the progressive majority of the state, and they need someone less corporate.

One of the worst Dems. there's no excuse for us having a centrist Senator in a state where a progressive can clearly win.

Better than most Dems but I still couldn't pull the lever for him in 2014. (I wrote in Jim Webb instead).

Rather meh, but I'm glad he's there and not a Republican.  He's also better than Jim Webb.

Better than the "progressive" Dems that don't actually represent most of Virginia, but still garbage.

FF, he is a good centrist.

Virginia is a center-left state now, it is not the Seattle City Council.
