Are there many voters who believe in the right to own assault weapons, but also believe in Medicare-For-All, are pro-choice, support same-sex marriage, etc.?

I think Montana would be a place where you could probably find voters who fit this mold. Remember that in 2018, Justice Democrats endorsed a Montana congressional candidate who was more pro-gun than the average progressive Democrat was, but was essentially aligned with just about every other progressive policy positions.

Vermont is one of the most gun-owning and most liberal states. That's where you'd find them.

I think in most rural areas, the percentage of pro-gun voters is going to be higher than the percentage of Republicans, meaning there will be a few pro-gun Democrats in the mix even if it's solidly Republican overall.
