I dislike him (to put it mildly) more than I do every poster combined. It's not even his Poe's low-level neoliberalism (and neoconservatism, for that matter). I remember a post of his in a thread about Israel/Palestine, in which he called me a "lying terrorist scumbag". Fortunately, that post was deleted.
For the record, this is a lie, and I have receipts. I can still see that deleted post in the "Moderated Posts" section of my profile.
The only bit that comes close is:
It doesn't make much difference in this argument, honestly, that the Palestinians are a bunch of lying terrorists who murder children, refused to negotiate for decades until they ran out of options, and are officially governed by a terrorist group that wants to commit genocide against the Jews. It doesn't matter to me that the Israelis are a decent, stable democracy and turned an abandoned desert wasteland into a flourishing mediterranean paradise through sheer grit and determination. Those are just happy coincidences.
Which is not a personal attack, just a broad-brush indictment of the PLO.
As for the rest, I'd like to challenge you guys to quote the MOST hostile, rude, nasty, hysterical, personal-attack-laden post from my last 50 or 100 posts. People keep slapping this reputation on me when 95% of my posts are just about policy or campaign strategy. Yes, they are usually targeted at, or in defense of, a candidate; that is the nature of a forum about candidates and elections.
