The chart would suggest that Biden had 26% slightly before the debate (-6) and Buttigieg 16% (+5), which seems too high ...

The methodology does seem a bit strange. It sounds like it might be an online panel poll, but I'm not sure what it means that they collected responses from 300 sites.

I didn't know Microsoft did polls. I'd be less surprised if Facebook put out a poll with Zuck's pal down only 1 point, but I'm sure Microsoft has a similar agenda.
